In the past, I have created a type of appointment called "shoot get" and then placed them where I want them. Now, I'll be able to use this, plus copy a block at a time, not one at a time--thanks. Since our studio does in-studio and outdoor sessions, I'd love it if we could embed the sunset into the calendar, so that the schedule (calendar) becomes shaded to a different tint at a user set interval prior to sunset. I our case, we want our sessions to end 45 minutes prior to sunset!
