Just wondering if Global Payments are the credit card that you have aligned with in the UK? They have an appalling amount of negative reviews when you Google them.

If they are is there any additional charges that we will incur as opposed to using an online company like Stripe that charge a percentage for transactions but no set up fee? https://stripe.com

Hi Cliff, Those entries can be deleted from the same menu you imported them. At Maintenance > General > Special Calendar Events and Holidays, you can either delete the records or set them as inactive.

Once you have imported the holidays, is there anyway to delete one or all of the entries from the Spectra Calendar? Somehow we got double entries.

Hi Matt,

A great helpful article with practical usage tips. (would love to see more of that)

We tried setting up the online booking option, and created a block of phone call appointments, where clients can book a phone consult, 15 min slots at a set part of the day.
These show up in the calendar and end up taking up a lot of screen space which is a bit annoying for staff.
I have done a screenshot to show what I mean.

Thanks for your comment! We fully understand how complicated it can be to use email marketing effectively and that deliverability is a key component to its success. Using the throttling option when emailing from Spectra can provide a way to avoid some of the issues that can lead to blacklisting. Using an email marketing company like Constant Contact is another great option. These companies do a lot of the homework for you to avoid blacklists and getting lost in spam folders. We do fully support your ability to export your client data to use with your external email marketing resource, such as Constant Contact. Just customize your Clients hub with all the data you’ll need for your emails, select the desired records from the Search group on the ribbon, and then export the results to Excel.

Would you please add some info about integrating an email marketing site like constant contact? I’ve found that if we send from our own email account we’re vulnerable to getting added to a black list. Thanks!
