Create and maintain a list of all the resources within your studio that you need to schedule or track on the calendar. Resources may include rooms, equipment, vehicles, etc. You may have begun to enter these if you used the Preferences Wizard when setting up Spectra. Include address information and check Print on Session Confirmation if you'd like to provide the resource information to your clients on their session confirmation. The default resource you choose for a session can be changed at the time of booking. Go to Maintenance > Appointment > Resources.
