Decide how you want Spectra to assign session numbers.
Studio Preferences – Sessions (continued)
Choose how you want the session numbers to be configured. You cannot select Use Session Date as Number unless you also select Assign Session Number on Day of Session from the Session Number Options. OnLocation users cannot use the Assign Session Number on the Day of Session choice because there is the potential to assign the same number in a checked out database.
You can set up different statuses for each session type. For example, if you have a different workflow for your senior sessions than you do for your wedding sessions, then check Enter Sessions Statuses by Type. You can then set up session statuses for each session type.
