The User Preferences screen is used to set defaults for how Spectra looks and works for individual users. Go to the Preferences menu and select User Preferences.
Select preferred calendar time segments and which wizards to use, as well as define your own user shortcuts and email signature.
Calendar - The calendar section of the General page is where you set the time increments to be displayed on the calendar. If you choose 30 minutes you will have two lines for each hour, representing the hour and half-hour. The calendar defaults to 15-minute intervals.
Sunrise / Sunset - Turn on the Sunrise/Sunset display by default for this user.
Wizards - The wizards section allows you to choose which, if any, Spectra wizards you want to use. All wizards are active by default. To make a wizard inactive simply click the check-box next to it.
Define User Shortcuts - User shortcuts allow each user to set up their own shortcuts that will appear on the main menu. Shortcuts allow you to quickly access other areas of Spectra or external applications and websites. (See the "Spectra Home Page" section of the "The Spectra Workspace" chapter for more information)
Email - Choose a user email signature. A user email signature set up here will override any company-wide email signature that has been set up on the Miscellaneous page in Studio Preferences.
Alerts - Turn off email alerts and/or task alerts for this user.
