Creating an audit trail for your most important and secure information is a good idea, especially if you have multiple employees creating invoices, giving discounts, and recording credit card transactions. The audit trail logging options give you even more tracking features that will ensure your financial transactions are secure.
Audit Trail Log Report - Once you enable logging (see Studio Preferences > Audit Logging to enable logging), you can view the log report by going to Utilities > Audit Trail Logs. Select the date range that you would like to view. Export these logs to Excel and store them in a secure location before you clear out any old logs.
