New or Enhanced Features
The following features have been added or enhanced in Spectra 2014:
| Feature | Description |
| Credit Card Payments | When creating or modifying a Credit Card Payment, Spectra will now warn the user if the amount charged exceeds the open balance of the invoice. |
| New Retouching abilities for a Copied Image | When retouching an image that was copied from another image, Spectra will now prompt, asking if you want to retouch the original source image or a copy of the original image. For example, if you made a copy of the preview so you could show a color and a sepia version of the same image, then you would probably want to retouch the original image so that you only have to retouch the image once for both versions of this image. However, if you want to create an artistic effect on this image, then you probably want to make a copy of the original image first, and then retouch the copy, leaving the original image untouched. |
| Image Ordering | Either in the Sales Presentation or the Invoice, users can now select multiple images, double-click on a product in the tree, and then Spectra will add a new line item to the invoice for each image selected for this product. |

| 4056 | Emails | When replying to an email, the user that is logged in and replying should be used in the "Assigned to" field. Resolved. |
| 4057 | Sessions | Calls and emails in the Session Communication tab are sorted in reverse order to how they are sorted on Client Communication tab. Resolved. |
| 4060 | Sessions | Once a yearbook pose has been selected, status notes get updated, but if that pose changes, the status notes are not updated. Resolved. |
| 4062 | Composites | Some vignetting masks are not working correctly. Resolved. |
| 4063 | Workflow | Closing out of the Composite Viewer in Workflow is not resetting the values in the Image Adjustments panel. Resolved. |
| 4074 | Production Orders | Preproduction orders may show an error after creation and viewing them in session. Resolved. |
