New or Enhanced Features

Additional features have been added or enhanced in myStratus Desktop 2021.
Note: Spectra does NOT include these features.

Feature	Description
New Online Username Client Look Up!	We have given you the added option of searching for Clients by their Online Username.
Clients can now respond to SMS Session Confirmations to confirm their Session!	We have added the ability for your Clients to reply to an SMS to Confirm their Session, they only have to reply YES. Be sure to add a note in the SMS that lets them know they must reply yes to confirm. Once they do, myStratus will automatically set the Session as Confirmed. Note: this feature requires the SMS Add-on + Learn more about SMS serivce
Using StudioPlus Email Service, you can now check for Email Validation!	With our Email Service, myStratus can now find common ISP (Internet Service Provider) domain names typos and suggest corrections, helping you maintain a clean email list. Note: This feature requires the StudioPlus Mail service add-on + Learn more about StudioPlus Mail Service

The following features have been added or enhanced in myStratus Desktop 2021 and Spectra 2021:

Quickbooks Online!	As many of you have requested, we can now integrate with Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop. The process for setting up both is the same. + Learn more about Quickbooks Integration
Importing Invoices now finds Clients by Email Address!	We have already allowed the import feature to find clients by Client Number or Session Number. We have now added the ability to locate Clients by their Email Address. + Learn more about Importing Invoices
Added the ability to add a Column and then Filter to our 'Add Clients to a Group Wizard'!	We have made it even easier to find the clients you are looking to add to a Client Group. + Learn more about Adding Clients to a Group
Added a new Communication Job Manager Utility letting you cancel jobs you have queued up by mistake!	Previously, you had to contact Support to get a job cancelled, but no more! You can now Cancel a job yourself with our new Utility > Communication Job Manager.
Added Custom Note fields to Invoices Custom Labels !	We have added 10 new notes fields to Invoices, giving you more room to store info specific to your studio's needs. + Learn more about Custom Labels and Lists
