Using InSpiredByYou - Yearbook Selections

If you use Spectra/myStratus to track yearbook selections, learn how sync that information with InSpired, allowing your clients to make their choice online.

Please note: Because we are continually updating our library of training videos as new versions of our software are released, this video will likely show an older or newer version of StudioPlus Spectra/myStratus than you have installed. Don't worry! The video will still give you a great overview of this feature.

 

Outline:

1. Spectra Setup
   • Senior session types must use "Organization" session style
   • Choose to allow secondary yearbook selections
   • Auto-create yearbook task
   • Auto-assign yearbook status
2. Uploading Yearbook Selections
   • Select yearbook pose in Spectra
   • Run InSpired data sync (Upload Yearbook Selections)
3. Downloading Yearbook Selections
   • Run InSpired data sync (Download Yearbook Selections)
   • Session > Organization tab
     • YB Chosen By = "Student"
     • YB Chosen Date = current date
4. Tracking Online Selections
   • Create filters
   • Yearbook statuses
   • Yearbook task
