Status Time-Tracking

The software can help you manage your production time. Keep track of how many days an order stays at each status and find out how many minutes and hours your studio staff spends working on each task.

Please note: Because we are continually updating our library of training videos as new versions of our software are released, this video will likely show an older or newer version of StudioPlus Spectra/myStratus than you have installed. Don't worry! The video will still give you a great overview of this feature.

 

Outline:

1. How to track time
   1. Open production order
   2. Click timer button to begin
      1. Time will be tracked to the current status and user assigned
   3. Advance status to the next stage
      1. See the status history
      2. View details of status
   4. View time tracking entries and modify as necessary
