Custom Reports

Discover how to download even more reports to add to your reports menu!

Please note: Because we are continually updating our library of training videos as new versions of our software are released, this video will likely show an older or newer version of StudioPlus Spectra/myStratus than you have installed. Don't worry! The video will still give you a great overview of this feature.

 

Outline:

1. Download a custom report
   1.  Click download link
      1. Save download to computer as a .ZIP file
      2. Open .ZIP file and extract .SPX file
   2. In Spectra/myStratus, go to Reports > Custom Reports > Import Custom Reports
      1. Browse out to the .SPX file and import it
2. Run the custom report
   1. Restart Spectra/myStratus
      1. Go to Reports > Custom Reports and run the custom report
   2. May also be run from a specific record such as a session or client record
      1. Go to Maintenance > General > Custom Reports to import or delete report as needed
   3. You may request or purchase a custom report
