Workstation Preferences is where you can further customize your installation of Spectra. Go to Maintenance > Preferences > Workstation Preferences. There are several tabs that contain settings which apply to a single computer – the computer you are using.
Integration tab - If you've selected an integration (such as ProSelect) in Studio Preferences > Integration, use this tab to select the appropriate folder options on each computer that will be using the integration.
Email tab - In order to send email from Spectra, you must set up outgoing email on each workstation by completing the settings on this tab.
Digital tab - Use the settings on this tab to select specific imaging software, image paths (to override the studio default), and projection settings for each computer as needed.
Miscellaneous tab - This tab includes settings related to cash drawers, Dymo label printers, and CD and DVD burning, as well as a low graphics option for slower computers.
