WHAT IS A FILTER?
A filter is a method used to select a group of records. A filter can be used to determine which group of records should be shown on the report. A group of call records can be created for all the clients in a filter. An email or text message can be sent to all the clients in a filter. Analysis reports can be produced to report sales from a specific filter. |

When you create a filter you are telling Spectra which field or fields to use to search for records containing certain information. Follow the steps described in "Using the Filter Builder" to create, modify, and delete filters.
