The Messages hub displays incoming and outgoing email and SMS text messages. The messages displayed can be sorted by any of the fields shown. Just click the column heading and the records will sort by that column. Click again and the records are sorted in reverse order. See the "Customizing Hubs" section for more information on how to change the look of the Messages hub.
The Messages Hub
The default view is for the logged in user, but you can change the selection by using the search box. Click the down arrow next to Search By and select the type of criteria you want to use in your search. Then type the specific criteria in the search box(es) that appear below the criteria you selected and press Enter. You may also select which messages are displayed by using the Inbox, Sent Items, and/or Unlinked options in the Search group on the ribbon. Double-click a record to open that message.
