New or Enhanced Features

This release contains the following new features and enhancements related to InSpiredByYou:

Enhancement	Description
New Client Login Options	The studio now has the ability to choose from multiple options for determining the client's default InSpiredByYou login credentials. This setting is found on the Company tab of the InSpiredByYou.com Preferences in Spectra. + More about setting up InSpiredByYou in Spectra
Auto-Create Task for Duplicate Usernames	If you automatically upload sessions using the InSpiredByYou Session Upload job in the Control Center, you now have the option to have Spectra automatically create a task if a duplicate client username is ever encountered. The purpose of the task is to remind you to manually change the duplicate client username. You can customize the task subject, type, and status, as well as what department and/or individual the task is assigned to. This setting is found on the Tasks tab of the InSpiredByYou.com Preferences in Spectra. + More about setting up InSpiredByYou in Spectra
Checkout Billing Page Enhancement	The billing page your client sees during the InSpiredByYou checkout process has changed. They must now select one of the following options before proceeding: Checkout proceeds normally when the first option is selected. If the second option (This is me, but...) is checked, the information they enter on the InSpiredByYou billing page will be downloaded into Spectra and replace the current information for the client. The third option (This is not me...) will download the information they enter into a new client record in Spectra. + More about using InSpiredByYou

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been fixed in this release:

2036	Composite Templates	Changing the text font color in a composite template also changes the background color, making the text invisible. Resolved.
2138	Triggers	Changing session status may incorrectly reset session type triggers to run again. Resolved.
2165	HTML Emails	When you create a new HTML email, it does not show up in the HTML Email Maintenance list until you reopen the window. Resolved.
2171	Filter Builder	The Filter Builder field list may include duplicate session custom fields. Resolved.
2174	Lightroom Integration	Lightroom integration may give an error when creating previews. Resolved.
2175	Preferences	Need to add "Customer Code" and "Shipping Tax Code" text fields to InSpiredByYou.com Preferences for AvaTax integration. Resolved.
2178	Price List	Price list options and enhancements may save incorrect values. Resolved.
2179	Users Maintenance	The Move Up and Move Down buttons may not change the user order in User Maintenance. Resolved.
2181	Maintenance	[Enterprise Only] Session Type Maintenance and Price List Maintenance can be opened even when they are set up as "shared maintenance." Resolved.
2187	Filter Builder	Session custom fields should be available as session fields in the Filter Builder. Resolved.
2190	Production Orders	Manually creating a production order from an invoice may create a zero quantity production order. Resolved.
2197	Budget Maintenance	Deleting a line from Budget Maintenance may not remove the entire line. Resolved.
2199	Column Chooser	Session custom fields do not show custom label names in the Column Chooser. Resolved.
2200	Sessions Hub	[Enterprise only] Session type not showing on Sessions hub for sessions that do not belong to the 999 studio. Resolved.
2208	Tasks	Task record Notes tab should display a yellow spotlight if a note exists. Resolved.
2209	Form Letters	Option is needed to automatically attach a copy of the invoice Image Detail sheet to invoice form letters. Resolved.
2210	Records	The Tasks tab of client, session, and invoice records should display a red or yellow spotlight if an open task exists for that record. Resolved.
2215	Preferences	Dymo options on Workstation Preferences should appear in the Standard version. Resolved.
2219	Sessions	Upon creating a session, the session organization information may not automatically be carried over from the client organization. Resolved.
2229	User Maintenance	[Enterprise only] User Maintenance is displaying users that are not shared with the selected studio. Resolved.
2231	Form Letters	Session custom fields should be available as form letter merge fields. Resolved.
2234	Clients	[SQL only] The Financial Transactions tab of the client Summary does not list invoices for the client. Resolved.
2242	Maintenance	[Enterprise only] Session Status Trigger Maintenance may open with the incorrect studio selected by default. Resolved.
2248	Phone Calls	Users may be unable to blank out the "User" field on a phone call record. Resolved.
2251	Emails	Dates of completed emails may not be correct for emails created in the StudioPlus 2011 Version and earlier. This may also affect the View All Notes display. Resolved.
2253	Dashboard	Checkboxes may disappear in filter selections after saving and re-opening a Dashboard report. Resolved.
2260	Dashboard	[SQL Only] Removing a panel from the Dashboard may result in an error. Resolved.
2267	Credit Cards	Transactions will be rejected by Merchant Warehouse if the stored credit card has an expiration date of 12/99. Spectra should not include the expiration date in this case. Resolved.
2270	Payments	If "Prompt for user credentials when entering payment" is turned on in Studio Preferences, then Spectra should also prompt for credentials when creating a payment plan. Resolved.
2272	Payments	The payment method "Reference Number" field may not get filled in after authorizing a payment and saving the payment method for future use. Resolved.
2274	Sessions	The Prepare Yearbook Image window does not show the selected image or organization template. Resolved.
2303	Clients	Phone number fields only display the first 15 characters. Resolved.
2307	Communication Wizard	The client checkbox selections in the Communication Wizard are lost after advancing past that page and then clicking Back. Resolved.
2339	Time Clock	[Enterprise only] The employee list on the Time Clock only displays the "999" users, regardless of the studio selection. Resolved.
2344	Reports	[Enterprise only] The Commissions report shows incorrect information based on the user settings ("Company-Wide," "One Studio," and "User List"). Resolved.
