This release contains the following new features and enhancements related to InSpiredByYou:
Enhancement | Description |
New Client Login Options | The studio now has the ability to choose from multiple options for determining the client's default InSpiredByYou login credentials. This setting is found on the Company tab of the InSpiredByYou.com Preferences in Spectra. |
Auto-Create Task for Duplicate Usernames | If you automatically upload sessions using the InSpiredByYou Session Upload job in the Control Center, you now have the option to have Spectra automatically create a task if a duplicate client username is ever encountered. The purpose of the task is to remind you to manually change the duplicate client username. You can customize the task subject, type, and status, as well as what department and/or individual the task is assigned to. This setting is found on the Tasks tab of the InSpiredByYou.com Preferences in Spectra. |
Checkout Billing Page Enhancement | The billing page your client sees during the InSpiredByYou checkout process has changed. They must now select one of the following options before proceeding: Checkout proceeds normally when the first option is selected. If the second option (This is me, but...) is checked, the information they enter on the InSpiredByYou billing page will be downloaded into Spectra and replace the current information for the client. The third option (This is not me...) will download the information they enter into a new client record in Spectra. |

2181 | Maintenance | [Enterprise Only] Session Type Maintenance and Price List Maintenance can be opened even when they are set up as "shared maintenance." Resolved. |

2190 | Production Orders | Manually creating a production order from an invoice may create a zero quantity production order. Resolved. |

2260 | Dashboard | [SQL Only] Removing a panel from the Dashboard may result in an error. Resolved. |
2267 | Credit Cards | Transactions will be rejected by Merchant Warehouse if the stored credit card has an expiration date of 12/99. Spectra should not include the expiration date in this case. Resolved. |
2270 | Payments | If "Prompt for user credentials when entering payment" is turned on in Studio Preferences, then Spectra should also prompt for credentials when creating a payment plan. Resolved. |
2272 | Payments | The payment method "Reference Number" field may not get filled in after authorizing a payment and saving the payment method for future use. Resolved. |
2274 | Sessions | The Prepare Yearbook Image window does not show the selected image or organization template. Resolved. |
2303 | Clients | Phone number fields only display the first 15 characters. Resolved. |
2307 | Communication Wizard | The client checkbox selections in the Communication Wizard are lost after advancing past that page and then clicking Back. Resolved. |
2339 | Time Clock | [Enterprise only] The employee list on the Time Clock only displays the "999" users, regardless of the studio selection. Resolved. |
2344 | Reports | [Enterprise only] The Commissions report shows incorrect information based on the user settings ("Company-Wide," "One Studio," and "User List"). Resolved. |
