Both Spectra and Stratus Desktop include sales presentation capabilities, first introduced in 2003, that provide a single-software solution. However, we realize many clients use ProSelect for their sales presentations and aren’t ready to make a change. That’s ok! In Spectra and Stratus Desktop 2014, we’ve not only improved our own sales presentation, we’ve also improved our integration with ProSelect.

We added the ability to import payment information from ProSelect, as well as improving how we link to ProSelect images. These changes create a tightly integrated solution between ProSelect and the Spectra/Stratus digital workflow.

For example, now you can use Spectra/Stratus to import images from your memory card, create an immediate archive or backup of the images, and automatically apply Perfectly Clear image correction and skin smoothing. You can then flip over to ProSelect to present your adjusted images to the client (with skin smoothing applied) and take their order. Just flip back to Spectra/Stratus to import their order.

Spectra/Stratus can now import multiple orders for a single session, linking each order to the specific images you sold in ProSelect. Because of Spectra’s robust imaging features, you can then open the customer’s record, and their session history will show all the images photographed, and each invoice will display the specific image(s) ordered through ProSelect.

No other software offers this level of digital workflow integration with ProSelect and we’re thrilled to make it available to you in the new Spectra 2014 and Stratus Desktop 2014!
