Christmas time has always been the happiest time of the year in our house.  It’s always fun being with family and friends, sharing great food together, sharing gifts with one another, and reflecting on the true meaning of Christmas and also on life in general.

As a company, we have always strived to be positive influencers in our world, as stated in our core values. During this time of the year, I like to take stock on how well we are doing.  Here are just few of the questions that I’ve been asking myself.

• Am I being a positive influence in my employees’ lives?
• Are we being a positive influence in the lives and businesses of our clients,
  our partners, and even our competitors?
• Are we being a positive influence in our local community and how about the
  world at large?

Regarding our employees, I have to say that I am fortunate to have some of the best employees around.  I’m thankful every day for their contribution to the company, for their dedication to our clients, and for their integrity in life.

Regarding our clients, I just have to take this opportunity to say “Thank You”.  We sincerely appreciate each and every one of you.  I know that all of you have entrusted the success of your business to us, and that’s something that I take very seriously.  I know that sometimes we fall short, and you have my personal commitment to make sure we do the very best that we can to exceed your expectations in the new year to come.

Finally, regarding our community and our world, it has always been important to me to give back to our community through various charities.  We have been so blessed as a country, and I feel that it is only right that we give back to help those that have been less fortunate.  This holiday season, I encourage all of us to look for ways that we can give to others in need.
