Today, I’m thrilled to announce the creation of our Australian and European datacenters for myStratus! What does this change mean for you?
First, all users worldwide will benefit from increased reliability. If one datacenter experiences an outage, web traffic will automatically be routed to the other datacenters!
Secondly, users in Australian, New Zealand, and European regions will now experience greater performance when running the myStratus Desktop App and Web App. No more hops across the pond to access your data!
NOTE: If you are a user in Australia, New Zealand, or Europe, you will receive a message that your IP address has not been “authorized” for use. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You will only need to authorize an IP address once. To do so, you’ll need to enter your StudioPlus Customer Account Number and Password. This information was provided in the email you received when you signed up for Stratus.
