Announcing Online Booking!

I’m excited to announce the release of Online Booking for myStratus! Online Booking has been a highly requested feature for several years now and we’re thrilled to bring it to you.

With Online Booking, your clients will be able to visit YOUR website, select one of your session types, view a list of available days, choose a desired time slot, and then book the session. They can either log in with an existing account or create a new account. New accounts will automatically create a new client in your myStratus database. An invoice can be automatically created for the session during the booking process (optional). And finally, you can require a payment or deposit if desired.

The Online Booking page can be embedded directly into your website. You can even customize the font style and colors to match your theme!

The Online Booking feature is available to all myStratus Standard, Professional, and Enterprise subscribers. Because Online Booking needs to have real-time, direct access to your database, this new feature is only available for myStratus clients. It is not available for Spectra. If you are a Spectra customer and are interested in offering online booking to your clients, now would be great time to check out the myStratus solution. Upgrading to myStratus is very simple. Give us a call for more information.

The Online Booking feature will be rolled out next week as a part of our 2015 Volume 2 release. Best of all, there is no additional charge for this great new feature!
