Today, we are officially announcing the Preview Release of myStratus 2018 and Spectra 2018!

I’m very excited about this release and the enhancements that our team’s been developing, testing, and documenting over the past 6 months! I’m extremely proud of their hard work.

What’s new in 2018?

First, you’re going to see an exciting new feature called “Client Referral Programs”, which is designed to help you obtain more referrals, more bookings, and more sales! You can read about it in the Release Notes, our User Documentation, or watch this overview video.

Second, major enhancements have been made to Appointments including the new Appointments Hub!

Third, if you’re a user of myStratus and StudioPlus Mail, you’re going to love the enhancements which give you real-time email delivery information and Marketing Campaign Reports built right into the software.

Fourth, we’re proud to introduce our new integration with the Cayan Handheld and Cayan Mini solutions to provide even more credit card processing abilities.

Finally, this list just scratches the surface. You’ll also see numerous other new enhancements, many of which came direct from you, via the StudioPlus User Voice, where clients can submit suggestions for new features, and other clients can vote to help us decide which feature requests are most in demand.

In the coming two weeks, we’ll be making a series of blog posts highlighting these new enhancements and how you can use these features to grow your business. So stay tuned.

We are now in the process of completing documentation and training videos. Upon completion, we will make myStratus 2018 and Spectra 2018 Generally Available (GA) to all. In the meantime, if you’d like to install the Preview Release of the new 2018 Version, here are instructions:

Everyone

StudioPlus Spectra Users

• Click Help > About to make sure your AMP date is January 2018 or greater. If not, please email a screenshot to Support@StudioPlusSoftware.com.
• Click here to download Spectra 2018 and install on all workstations

StudioPlus myStratus Users

• Send an email to Support@StudioPlusSoftware.com to request your upgrade to 2018. They will coordinate the date and time for your upgrade. At that time, you’ll automatically be prompted to download your new myStratus Desktop for 2018.
• A special note about the myStratus Mobile App. Your current mobile apps will continue to work just fine after the upgrade. However, you will not receive the new myStratus 2018 Mobile App, with the new features, until the 2018 upgrade has been fully rolled out to all users.
