In addition, you can set up multiple CRPs for different segments of your business! You choose the criteria before your client earns a reward for a referral, and decide what that reward will be. You decide the Promotion which a new referred client receives for booking a new session, if any. You choose whether the software should send automated emails and the content of those emails. You’re in control throughout the process. Remember, once you’ve setup a CRP, the software will do all the work and tracking for you.
To help you judge the effectiveness of your CRPs, we’ve given you new reports to track your results, such as the Client Referrals Report, the Loyalty Rewards Activity report, and the Loyalty Rewards Outstanding report. In addition, almost every Dashboard Data Type can now be grouped by your CRPs. For example, break down how many new leads you’ve received from each CRP created, or how many bookings you’ve received for each, or best of all, the amount of sales generated from each CRP. These reports let you know exactly which CRP has been most effective in driving new business to you.
