Service release 4 is now available from our web site to update your Spectra.

Please remember these key points when updating your Spectra:

• Always perform a backup before running the update.
• Plan the time to do your update carefully. The update can be downloaded at any time and run later. However, it may be good to plan on running it when StudioPlus Tech Support is available to assist.
• Note that if you run the update on just one computer and have any problems, you can always restore to the backup you created and the rest of the computers will still function on the old release. You can then re-install on the failed update computer to get it back in business.
• The release notes can be reviewed by clicking here.
• The time needed to complete the update will vary greatly from one situation to another, but in most studios you should be able to complete the download, install and update in under thirty minutes.
