Google Contact Syncing Issues

Some clients have recently reported errors with Google Contact syncing.  Our research indicates that some change in Google’s system is causing the issue.  We are actively looking for a solution.

In the meantime, you can disable the Contact portion of your Google syncing.

Click Maintenance>Preferences>User Preferences.  On the Google page, uncheck the “Send new and modified Google contacts into Spectra 2013″, and blank out the “Client Group to Sync to Google” box.  Click OK.  Repeat for all users that are using Google syncing.

This issue only affects Contact Syncing, and it appears that Calendar Syncing is working just fine.
