I’m not prompted to download SR6 when I restart Stratus Desktop.

I’m not sure why you’re not being prompted to download the latest version. I just tried pointing my installation of myStratus Desktop at your database, and it prompts me to download the latest version.
What version and release of myStratus Desktop are you currently running? You can find this by clicking “About” in the Help menu.
