If you are currently using Cayan (Merchant Warehouse) for your credit card processing, you may have recently received a Security Notification Reminder via email.  If you are using Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, you may need to install patches prior to May 18, 2015 in order to continue processing credit cards.  Please visit the Cayan Resource page (https://cayan.com/ssl) or contact Cayan technical support for further information.

Just a reminder, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 are no longer being supported by Microsoft and are no longer being supported by us.  To avoid security risks for your business, we highly recommend upgrading to Windows 7 or Windows 8.
