Over the past few years, we’ve introduced several new services that require a StudioPlus Account Number and Password. Some of these services include DataSafe, SMS Text Messaging , StudioPlus Mail, and the new Notifications panel. To make sure these services (and any we may add in the future) are working correctly, we encourage all Spectra users to enter their Account Number and Password into the software.
To enter your Account Number and Password:
- Log into the software and go to Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences and look at the General tab.
- In the middle of the tab there is a section titled “StudioPlus Account Information”
- Your Customer Account Number should already be filled in. If this field is blank, send an email to Support@StudioPlusSoftware.com
- Your Password has been set by your company owner’s last name (or the last name of the person your StudioPlus account is under). The password is case-sensitve, so enter the last name with the first letter capitalized and the rest lower case, like “Thrasher”

Hi,
I am trying to log in after changing the generic name to my name. At the welcome logo and clicking “Log In, I am presented with a box “The login credentials that you have entered are not valid. Please try again”
I cant get past this point so please advise me next move.
