With the introduction of 2020, we want to point out an important feature that will impact all clients using our communication tools. As myStratus adds more capabilities to interact with your clients online, we’ve added the necessary change to allow each client record to only have a single, unique primary email address. Clients may still have additional, secondary emails, but they will be listed separately from the primary email address
How does this affect you?
You will see this change right away on any client record who previously had multiple email addresses listed – the email that was listed first is now their Primary Email. The rest of the emails previously listed are now found on the Secondary Emails Drop-down.
Moving forward, the software will automatically check to ensure all Primary email addresses are unique to prevent duplicate records.
Much of the functionality remains the same, but you will now see a distinct split between a client’s Primary and Secondary emails.
