Finding a Session

You can search for a session on the Sessions hub or by using the Session Search tool under the File menu. Both search options are described below.

Searching the Sessions Hub

  1. You can narrow down your session list or search for a specific session using the Search box on the ribbon.
  2. Click the down arrow next to the Search By box and find the search option you want to use. By default, the Search By option is set to "Session No." You can choose to search by any of the following:

    • Session Number
    • Session Date
    • Last Name
    • Company Name
    • Bride or Groom Name
    • Organization
    • Session Type
    • Session Status
    • Filter
  3. Depending on the option you chose in step 2, you will see either a drop-down list of search criteria or a space to type something in. Choose or type in your criteria and then press Enter.

  4. All sessions matching your criteria will be shown. Locate the correct session and double-click to open it. You can then view, modify, or delete any information you want.

  5. To see your entire session list on the hub again, clear anything that has been entered in the criteria space and press Enter again.

Refer to the Sessions Hub topic for tips on using the Sessions hub.

Using the Session Search Tool

  1. Go to File > Session Search to open the search tool.

  2. Choose a Search By option, enter your criteria, and click Search.

  3. Double-click the correct session in the list to open it.
