Organization Lists

    
NOTE: This feature is available in the Professional and Enterprise versions of both Spectra and myStratus Desktop.

The Organization List is a simple report listing all the organizations entered in Maintenance > Client > Organizations. The report includes the organization name, address, phone, yearbook deadline, and yearbook requirements.



Running an Organization List

  1. Go to Reports > Organization Reports > Organization List.

  2. Click Preview Report to see a preview.

  3. There are no criteria to select. The report prints all the information for each organization you have entered into Spectra/myStratus Desktop.

  4. You can Print the report or Export it.
